Ruby 1.9.2 RC1 has been released Jump to Story

The Ruby 1.9.2 Release Candidate 1 was released on July 2nd. 1.9.2 brings new methods, APIs, encodings, bug fixes, and speed improvements. Currently, the final release is anticipated to occur in August, however, that's dependent on passing 100% of RubySpecs tests (it's already at 99%).
