Rails 3.0 Beta 2 Jump to Story

Last Thursday, Rails 3.0.0 Beta 2 was released. According to GitHub, there were over 2,000 commits from 244 authors included in Beta 2. This release contains bug fixes, new deprecations, and overall updates to the framework and supporting library dependencies.
