Gemcutter Becomes RubyGems.org Jump to Story

RubyGems.org is now the central gem repository for the Ruby community. It is replacing gems.rubyforge.org and gemcutter.org. Upgrade RubyGems to version 1.3.6 and it will become the default gem source automatically.
