ActsAsSolrReloaded - Solr on Rails

If you are going to do a full text index for your application, Apache's Solr project seems to be the most popular solution. Diego Carrion has decided to pick up the branch the acts_as_solr project under the name acts_as_solr_reloaded. it offers some features the original does not, including support for dynamic attributes, geo-location, support for acts_as_taggable_on highlighting and relevance ranking.
