auto_sprite: Easy Sprites in Rails Jump to Story

Stephen Blackstone has written a gem called auto_sprite that will automatically combine images into a sprite in rails. It uses RMagick to combine all of the images in a sprites directory into one file, then it generates a CSS file that you include in your Rails app. It overrides the image_tag helper to use the correct sprite code if available.
