Serve compressed assets with Rack Zippy Jump to Story

By default, the Rails ActionDispatch::Static middleware does not recognize or use the gzip-compressed assets generated during asset precompilation. This affects you if you're in an environment like Heroku where those static assets are served through the Rails stack, rather than from the web server directly. So, with Rack Zippy, serve those compressed assets and save your users time and money!
