ActiveRercord-JDBC 1.3 RC Jump to Story

The ActiveRecord-JDBC adapter 1.3 has hit RC. The new version includes explicit dependency on the ActiveRecord Ruby gem, overrides the `to_sql` method to improve compatibility with ActiveRecord 4.0 and a bunch of other changes to improve support for database engines like postgres, sql server, oracle, db2, derby and firebird.
