Monitor File Events with Guard

The Guard library has been around for a while now, but it's worth another mention. It's a library which you'd use in place of autotest or watcher and since we last talked about it, Guard has added better event support thorugh fsevent and inotify, added Linux support, added event grouping, and now supports Ruby 1.8.7, 1.9.2, and REE.
