Rails 3 Public API Jump to Story

Yehuda Katz gave a talk today on the Rails 3 Public API, covering how some of the Rails internals have been refactored to make it much easier to write plugins. A great deal of progress has been made refactoring and improving the code base for Rails 3, and an Alpha release isn't too far off which should help plugin authors begin to upgrade their libraries.
